“really excellent”

I recently spent a week at Rochester Champs-Elysées Hotel, and I would heartily recommend it to all travellers to Paris. My room was on the seventh floor, with windows on the inner courtyard, therefore extremely quiet and relaxing, not to mention quite spacious. There was plenty of room for my things both in the room and in the bathroom, which was not big but more than enough for one person. The food at breakfast was also first-rate.
Top marks to the staff too, as they were both friendly and efficient. Last but not least, the location is one of the best you can find in Paris, with a Metro station just round the corner (and I mean literally), shops, restaurants, cafés and the bright lights of the Champs-Elysées just a few steps away.
